We want to ensure that you are happy with your purchase and welcome return of products if you have changed your mind or have ordered the wrong size.
You have 30 days to do this however We do NOT refund.
Please fill in our return Form and include in your return product postage bag.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and or tags attached.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds are only for faulty items that cannot be replaced.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and issue your credit note via email.
All shipping costs are to be covered by yourself we do recommend shipping with tracking as we cannot be held responsible for lost products in the post.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a credit, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your credit.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
